Tessa Thompson
Tessa Lynn Thompson is an American actress who was born the 3rd of October, 1983 in Los Angeles. Thompson is the daughter of Marc Anthony Thompson (a singer/songwriter) and granddaughter Bobby Ramos, an actor/musician. Thompson was born in Los Angeles and raised there prior to moving to Brooklyn. She's of Mexican, British Isles and Afro-Panamanian descent. Thompson went to Santa Monica High School, where she was featured in numerous productions of the theatre. She enrolled in Santa Monica College after graduation and obtained a cultural anthropology degree. At Pasadena's Boston Court Theatre, she appeared as Juliet in Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet". The performance brought her an NAACP Theatre nomination the same year. Tessa appeared on TV for the first time in 2005. Her role was in a CBS Series.
