Anna Silk

Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, is an actor best known for playing Bo in The Showcase show Lost Girl. Silk was made at Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk, and Peter Silk are the fathers of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director. She also is a drama teacher at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers some of her earliest memories of life, including taking part in rehearsals of shows. Silk was featured in many commercials as an infant. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Her early theater experience includes at the very least two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto to further her acting career in November 1999. She then, over the following decade relocated in the following decade to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 when they met at an Actorsworkshop held located in Los Angeles. The couple got married in December of 2009 after a civil wedding ceremony. Following her conversion to Judaism the couple renewed their wedding vows at a Jewish ceremony on 10 April 2011. The ceremony was held in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her son Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May of 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born son on 13 May the 13th of May, 2016. Silk was also nominated 2009 for the Gemini Awards in her role as Cassidy Holland. In 2009 she landed the principal character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk revealed to fans the joyous information that she was pregnant during the filming of season 3. The show was a pre-show exclusive to promote Season Three. This was broadcasted by Showcase during the special Season Three show held January 6, 2013, prior to the premiere. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20th that she was ready to return to her work. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially declared the start of production of the fourth season. CNN, Cable News Network as well as E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) together with Lauren (played by Zoie) and Lauren (Zoie) as one of their most favored TV couple. Entertainment Television.
